Horton Park Golf Course
In 2007 Insite Constructions was commissioned as the client-side project representative for the development of the new 36 hole Horton Park Golf Course and the redevelopment of the Sunshine Coast CBD in Maroochydore. The project involves a range of criteria, including planning and development approvals, lakes and water management strategy, vegetation rehabilitation and extensive civil works. The project incorporates a state-of-the-art Club House to accommodate a restaurant, bar area, gaming room, and dining and functions areas.
Today, Horton Park Golf Course services a golfing membership of over 1500 on the Sunshine Coast, and the future course will be ranked among the top ten golf courses in Queensland.
Garnham Villas - Dysart
Queensland's rich natural resources are one of Australia's main assets. Dysart is a mining town with new mines opening nearby and so presents a unique opportunity.
